  • Systematically master the theories and practices of asset evaluation, modern accounting, financial management, cost accounting, investment, finance, and other related fields, and be skilled in evaluating both tangible and intangible assets;
  • Demonstrate professional ethics, learning ability in dynamic business environments, strategic thinking, innovation ability, and strong skills in asset management and coordination;
  • Be proficient in at least one foreign language, capable of reading academic literature, and demonstrating essential listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

Professional Practice

International students are required to undertake a minimum of 6 months of professional internship in relevant industries, such as asset evaluation firms, real estate appraisal companies, banking and non-banking financial institutions, and government departments related to asset management.

A professional practice report and an evaluation form from the host institution must be submitted. The university will organize a defense panel to evaluate the outcome based on the report, institutional feedback, and advisor evaluation.
