Students in this program should systematically master the basic theories and knowledge of economics, management, and asset evaluation. They should thoroughly understand the valuation theories and methods for various types of assets, including corporate assets, intangible assets, financial assets, real estate, etc. Students should also be familiar with national and international policies, laws, and regulations related to asset evaluation. 

They should be proficient in at least one foreign language, with strong reading, listening, speaking, writing, and translation skills, capable of acquiring professional information in foreign languages, and proficient in using computers for practical business and research tasks.
