Program Introduction

Chinese Language Studies is a core undergraduate program offered by the International Chinese Language Institute at Beijing Language and Culture University for international students. Training Objectives

Graduation Requirements

Students must complete the required credits (a total of 148 credits), submit a graduation thesis, pass the defense, and meet comprehensive quality assessment standards to graduate and receive relevant certifications.

Degree Awarded

Students who fulfill all training requirements will receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature. Those who pass their thesis defense will be awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Students who pursue a minor and meet the necessary criteria will receive an Additional Graduation Certificate and Degree Certificate.
