Program Introduction
The Electrical Engineering and Automation program was established with the goal of training versatile talents who have a strong theoretical foundation in Electrical Engineering and creative practical skills. This program covers the design, development, and application of power systems and electric drive systems, integrating technologies such as electronics, power electronics, automatic control theory, computer technology, and other fields to develop comprehensive skills in students. The program is supported by the "Control Science and Engineering" discipline, with a strong faculty team, and is one of the first units in China to train in chemical automation.
Program Objectives
This program trains students to have a solid foundation in electronics, electric drives, and electrical system analysis, while also fostering social responsibility, innovation, and teamwork skills. After graduation, students will be capable of conducting independent scientific research, project management, technical design, and technology development in the field of Electrical Engineering. Approximately five years after graduation, students will be able to adapt to the development of modern Electrical Engineering and Automation technologies and solve complex technical problems.
