The theoretical framework of finance consists of three parts: monetary theory, banking theory, and financial theory. Finance refers to various forms of credit activities centered around banks and the monetary funds organized based on credit. Broadly speaking, finance includes all economic activities related to money, which are closely related to daily life.

  • Master the basic knowledge, theories, and skills of the field. Students should have a solid understanding of the basic principles of economics and management, be well-versed in the frontiers of financial theory and its practical developments, and be familiar with the basic processes of financial activities.

  • Proficient in one foreign language with strong reading, listening, speaking, writing, and translation abilities. Proficient in using computers for business tasks. Proficient in using modern information management technology for professional literature retrieval, data processing, and model design. Skilled in using professional databases for writing professional papers and research reports.

  • Finance professionals should also be familiar with knowledge from other related fields, forming a balanced knowledge structure that includes humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering.

Quality Requirements

  • Strive to study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, establishing a firm belief in the common goal of national prosperity under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
