Graduates are expected to achieve the following objectives within approximately five years:

  1. Possess social responsibility, understand and adhere to professional ethics, consider the impact of law, environment, and sustainable development, and prioritize public interest in production practice.
  2. Have innovative capabilities, applying new technological achievements into practice. Possess the ability to provide technical support for food safety testing in food enterprises and testing agencies, respond promptly to new standards and regulations, and become key members of testing departments or quality inspection agencies within food enterprises.
  3. Understand the food safety situation across production, processing, storage, and sales stages, be familiar with relevant laws, regulations, rules, and policies for food safety supervision and management, have the ability to draft or participate in formulating food safety-related regulations and plans, and become staff or managers in food safety supervision departments.
  4. Possess global awareness and an international perspective, update knowledge through continuing education or other learning channels, proactively adapt to the changing domestic and international situation and environment, have the habit and ability for lifelong learning, and enhance technical skills and proficiency.
