Students are required to complete no less than 400 hours of interpreting practice, including on-campus and off-campus interpreting tasks, and simulated simultaneous interpreting. These can be fulfilled through internships, social practice, or other forms approved by the university. All activities are subject to final review by the university.

The training model combines coursework, professional practice, and thesis writing. A joint academic-industry mentorship system is adopted, with supervisors composed of university faculty and industry experts, emphasizing practical application and industry orientation.
