2. Training Objectives

The Law major aims to train individuals with good political and moral qualities, who systematically master legal knowledge, understand Chinese and international laws and regulations as well as relevant Party policies, and possess the ability to engage in legal work in state organs, enterprises, institutions, and social organizations, especially in legislative and administrative organs.

3. Training Requirements

Graduates need to acquire the following knowledge and abilities:

3.1. Master the basic theories and knowledge of law, receive fundamental training in legal thinking and legal practice.

3.2. Be familiar with Chinese laws, regulations, and relevant policies.

3.3. Understand the theoretical frontiers and development trends of the discipline.

3.4. Master basic methods of document retrieval and data query, possess certain scientific research and practical work capabilities.

3.5. Be proficient in using a foreign language, possess basic listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills; must master a foreign language before graduation with a score equivalent to Level 4 (the Chinese Ministry of Education's College English Test).

3.6. Be able to use computer and network technology for management work.
