Learning Mode and Duration

The master's program is set for 3 years. After completing the basic course requirements, if a student cannot complete the subsequent studies on time due to special reasons, they must apply for an extension in accordance with the school's regulations. 

Upon approval, the study duration can be extended by a maximum of 1 year at a time, with the total duration not exceeding 5 years. If no application is made or the application is rejected, the student will automatically lose their enrollment status.

Professional Practice

The practical training content includes law professional norms and ethics, the drafting of legal documents, mock court training (covering criminal, civil, and administrative cases), and legal negotiations. Students are required to undertake an internship of no less than one semester in judicial practice departments such as courts, procuratorates, law firms, legal aid institutions, and government law departments.

The program uses a combination of course teaching, compulsory practical training, and thesis writing to develop students' ability to solve legal problems in practical situations. Students will be guided by a faculty consisting of both academic mentors and practical mentors from outside the school, ensuring comprehensive academic and practical guidance.
