Study Methods and Duration
The Master's program lasts for 3 years, with a maximum duration of 5 years. If a student cannot complete the studies on time for special reasons, they must apply for an extension of study duration.
Each application for an extension cannot exceed one year, and the total study duration should not exceed 5 years.

Professional Practice
Students are required to complete at least 6 months of internship in judicial practice units such as courts, prosecution offices, law firms, legal aid organizations, notary offices, as well as in government legal departments or corporate legal departments. The total practical training time is no less than 1 year.
Training Methods
The training includes a combination of course teaching and compulsory practical training. Students are expected to develop the ability to apply theory to solve practical legal problems. Assessment for mandatory courses includes both exams and reviews, focusing on students' ability to apply the learned theories and knowledge to solve real-world problems.

- Jurisprudence: Focuses on the theoretical frameworks, principles, and concepts applicable to all branches of law, exploring theoretical issues for the construction of a socialist rule-of-law state.
