Major Introduction

The Persian Language major was established in 2025, jointly developed by the School of Asian & African Languages and Cultures and the School of Law at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade. This is the first program in Southern China that combines Persian Language and Legal Studies, aiming to provide high-quality human resources to serve the "Belt and Road" strategy and the cause of international rule of law.

Training Objectives

The major aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with:

• A solid language foundation (Persian and English)
