TRADE UNION STUDIES
Major Introduction
Trade Union Studies is an important discipline guided by Marxist theory and methods, focusing on the study of the origin and development of trade unions and the laws of trade union activities.
The aim of this program is to cultivate talents with a solid Marxist theoretical foundation, mastering the basic theories, knowledge, and skills of trade union studies. Graduates will be able to work in trade union organizations, government departments, enterprises, and other sectors in areas such as trade union work, labor relations coordination, and social policy research.
Training Objectives
The goal is to cultivate individuals who firmly believe in Marxism, master the basic theories and knowledge of trade union studies, understand the history and current status of trade union movements, familiarize themselves with China's trade union laws and regulations, and develop strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
